Directions:
– Scoop 1 tablespoon into a tea cup
– add boiled water and bring it up to half the tea cup
– stir and allow to stand for at least 15 – 20 minutes (the longer the better)
– add milk or any beverage and sweetener of choice (but not anything acidic)
– top up with hot or warm water
– stir and drink
